      The 1MN superposed force standard machine developed by Wanyan is composed of a full digital servo closed-loop control system composed of computer, control sensor, reference sensor and industry-advanced Wanyan DTC-350 controller，According to the verification force value set by the detected sensor，The afterforce device is designed to consist of two parts: a fast afterforce device and a precise afterforce device，About 90% of the set detection point force value is achieved by controlling the large displacement hydraulic pressure respectively，Then the precise control and setting of force value is realized by controlling micro-displacement hydraulic pressure。The fast afterforce system uses hydraulic servo control transmission to apply load to the force measuring system, and the precision afterforce system uses trace hydraulic servo control transmission to apply load to the force measuring system, and automatically controls the machine to complete the cyclic verification of loading and unloading loads at all levels。

     Standard sensor adopts 1000kN HMB sensor, the results show that the whole machine has high efficiency, low energy loss, accuracy and repeatability reach the high level of 304 institute requirements。
