      This equipment is another large-energy pendulum impact testing machine developed by our company. This machine is mainly used for the drop hammer tear test of pipeline steel and medium-thickness steel plate ferritic steel, that is, DWTT test;And the dynamic tearing test of medium-thickness ferritic steel, that is, DT test。During the test, the hammer of a certain mass is lifted to a certain height, and then released by static, the hammer falls freely and impacts the sample, causing the sample to tear。By observing the characteristics of the fracture surface of the sample, the impact resistance of the material is studied and judged。

     The testing machine has the function of instrument impact (oscillographic impact), accurately measure the force-displacement curve of the specimen when it is broken, and obtain the characteristic values of the impact force, which provides quantitative basis and results for the study of the impact resistance of the material。At the same time, the testing machine realizes the process of automatic lifting, sample delivery, impact, fracture sample collection, and then grasping the hammer。
